Palak was born in the very small town of Gondal, her family were treated like kings of the town and they were traders of oil, ghee, sugar and fireworks.
It was early 2005 when Palak and their family faced a huge business loss, and everything was shattered.
Her dream of becoming a doctor was devasted but she took up a Diploma in commercial practice.
Travelling 40 km up and down every day from Gondal to Rajkot to achieve her dreams, was not an easy task, but she not only did that but passed with flying colours and won the gold medal.
Since then Palak chooses to be the pride of her dad supporting him by taking up a part-time job.
